Now this is what desperation looks like!

Have you ever seen anything like this? It is so funny! The kids were SOOOOO ready to get out in that sand box. I think the sand was still frozen, but oh well, it was plenty of fun. Not to mention a great break for me. I was babysitting my friends kids for her and her sisters kids, in trade for them watching all of ours for a date night the night before. At one point I had 8 kids, all under 9, by myself. YIKES!! Actually, it was great, the kids were really really good, and they enjoyed the sand box.

"OK Josh, give the kids a try on the excavator"

Josh is way fun with the kids. I think he is more of one that most. When it would snow we would see Josh jump in his truck with the plow on the front and start removing his AND our snow. We always felt so bad that he was doing that for us and wondered what we could do in return, that is until we would see his face. He usually had the biggest smile just pushing all of the snow around. He is so funny!

The Rand have these really cool excavators that you put down in the ground. We watched as Josh put them in and got them sturdy, then he sat right down and started digging while the kids all stood by and waited for a turn! :)

"OK Josh, I think the kids understand how it works. Let someone else have a turn :)" We love having the Rands as neighbors, they are so much fun.
